Cheesy Meatball Casserole

Cheesy Meatball Casserole

Summers are occupied at our home. Despite the fact that we rest later and invest more energy at home getting things done as a family, summers, for us, are loaded up with picnics, kayaking, and any movement that gives us a reason to head outside.

In the event that you need a thought for a speedy and simple formula to serve this late spring, my gooey meatball goulash is one of our top picks. There is no presswork for this one, either. You include the uncooked pasta and solidified meatballs to a heating dish, and, with only a couple of more fixings, just hurl it in the broiler. It's extremely that too simple and fast.

That is the reason I generally keep a pack of Cooked Perfect® Meatballs in the cooler for this one. I cherish these meatballs! Since they're fire cooked, they taste superior to anything some other solidified meatballs I've tasted. I use them to make my mushy meatball meal, yet in addition for sub sandwiches and meatballs as hors d'oeuvres for gatherings and family fun night, as well.

Made with select meats, cheeses, and appetizing herbs, you can truly tell a distinction in flavor. I make my mushy meatball goulash utilizing the homestyle season, however there are a few assortments to suit different formulas. I adore the Cooked Perfect Italian Style meatballs for sub sandwiches and the turkey meatballs are breathtaking, as well.

You can discover Cooked Perfect Meatballs in the cooler area at most supermarkets. They're extraordinary to get and keep in your cooler for a wide range of snappy and simple formulas, so you'll need to snatch several sacks this late spring to keep close by.

Cheesy Meatball Casserole

Here’s a quick and easy casserole recipe that’s filled with meatballs and loads of cheese. With only a few ingredients, just toss in a dish, bake, and serve. It’s delicious!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (16 oz.) box of uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 bag of Cooked Perfect Homestyle Meatballs, frozen
  • 1 (25 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (I use a sauce with extra mushrooms)
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • optional: parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the pasta and meatballs in a large baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the sauce with 3 cups of water and pour over the pasta and meatballs.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil, making sure to seal tightly and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and stir the pasta to make sure it’s cooked through. The pasta may need a few more minutes covered to bake until done.
  6. Once the pasta is al dente, add the mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for 5 or 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
