Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie - Deliciously thick and creamy strawberry smoothie that is made with oats, making it perfect for breakfast or snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats 45g
- 1 cup almond milk 240ml
- 1 large banana sliced and frozen
- 14 strawberries frozen
- 2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the oats to a blender, and pulse a few times until the oats are finer.
- Add the milk, banana, strawberries, and honey, and blend until smooth and combined.
- Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy!
