Almost certain I'll be slurping on the solidified pineapple margaritas from this point until the finish of summer. It resembles a boozy, fruity slushy and I'm about it! Who needs one?
I don't know what this says about me as an individual, yet I for one cherish a quality tequila and I without a doubt love a decent margarita. With all the pineapple sticking around the movement to these solidified pineapple margaritas appeared to be common.
Blending beverages doesn't get any simpler than this. Simply dump your fixings into whatever blender or nourishment processor you have and process until smooth, foamy and flavorful! Cheerful drinking!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups | 490 grams frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup | 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup | 60 ml tequila
- 2 tablespoons | 30 ml triple sec
- 1 cup ice
- Mint leaves for garnishing
