This is my preferred method to get my children to eat their veggies in light of the fact that the broccoli is masked so well, they don't understand they're eating something solid. They LOVE them! We like to eat them dunked in farm as an after school nibble.

This is a fabulous formula for children, particularly on the off chance that you experience considerable difficulties getting them to eat their veggies! The broccoli is truly all around masked when finely cleaved and blended with different fixings.

A serving of protein and veggies doesn't beat this! It was so delectable, we overlooked that we were eating something solid. It was additionally one of the most effortless things I've at any point made, simply make sure to prepare and defrost your broccoli in case you're utilizing the solidified stuff.

Broccoli Cheese Bites -- Awesome healthy snack idea for kids! it’s incredibly easy (4 ingredients!!), but these little broccoli cheese bites are really yummy, too.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 Ounches cooked broccoli
  • 1 Cup of italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper&garlic to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Thaw 16 ounces of broccoli (or cook fresh broccoli until soft), and chop into small pieces. Combine your broccoli, 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs, 1-2 cups of cheese, 3 eggs, and the seasoning of your choice (I used about half a teaspoon of garlic salt) into a large bowl.
  2. Mix together well with a spoon, or just go for it and use your hands.
  3. Create small patties (the smaller, the crispier they get) and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on how large you make your patties), and flip half way through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce. I made 2 batches, and the first batch was gone before I could get the second batch out of the oven!
  6. Serve and enjoy!
