A simple cannoli plunge (that doesn't suggest a flavor like cream cheddar!) blended with delectable smaller than usual chocolate chips and presented with broken waffle cones for plunging. Presently, the cool part about this plunge is that it shocked me. I needed to make a plunge with the fixings I had close by, and for reasons unknown I generally appear to have a great deal of cream cheddar in my ice chest.
So cream cheddar is certainly in this plunge, and in 99.9% of cases that implies regardless you're going to taste at any rate a tad of the cream cheddar regardless of how hard you attempt to dress it up… But for this cannoli plunge, that wasn't the situation, since you can't taste the cream cheddar in this. Like, by any means.
So there you have it: a five-fixing plunge that is anything but difficult to put together and still has all the liberal kind of a genuine cannoli. I can hardly wait to make this at our next gathering!

Cannoli Dip! An easy cannoli dip, mixed with delicious mini chocolate chips and served with broken waffle cones for dipping.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ricotta
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- waffle cones broken
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer + large bowl), add in ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Add in vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds.
- Taste test the dip - if you'd like it sweeter, add more powdered sugar, about 2 tablespoons at a time. You can safely add up to another 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (8 tablespoons) without negatively impacting consistency.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top for decoration if desired.
- Serve dip immediately with broken waffle cones for dipping.
